Do I need a Facebook account to use this?

Yes. Our system is designed to integrate directly with Facebook and generate all of the dynamic code for you, so you must be logged into Facebook, and into our site, to use FBML★Wizard.

If you are creating a tab for a Facebook fan page (as opposed to your personal profile), you will need to login to this site using a Facebook account that is listed as an administrator of the page.

Can I add video to my tab?

You betcha! Once you've signed up for a paid account, simply select a template style, and be sure to select the YouTube player as one of the modules. Once you've installed the module, you'll be prompted to enter the urls to the YouTube videos you'd like to feature in your tab.

Do you run ads or link back from my tab?

No way. That's why you're paying for this service.

Can I resell this service to my clients?

Sure! If social media is part of the business services you provide, and you'd like to set this up for your clients and bill them directly, that's fine by us.

How long will it take for my tab to show up?

Your tab is created on the fly, and is ready for you to add to your page as soon as you've clicked on the "Publish" button. It may take up to 1 minute to generate your code, but it normally happens instantaneously.

What's the difference between the hosted and one-time packages?

We offer two main types of packages: tabs we host for you, and tabs that live in a Static FBML tab. More advanced features such as RSS feeds and contact forms are not available in the Static FBML (downloadable) version, since they require a Facebook application to function. However if the design is a simple one-off without any application functionality and you'd prefer to host the images yourself, feel free to purchase the download instead of paying our (low) monthly fee.

What about browser compatibility?

We guarantee compatibility with all modern browsers. We do not support IE6.

Are your servers reliable? Where are you hosted?

We are hosted on the powerful Rackspace Cloud. Rackspace has a long-standing reputation for excellent service and support.

Who are you?

This service was engineered by the creators of Snipe.Net, a 10+ year old blog and leading resource in Facebook application and tab development. The creators of FBML★Wizard have been developing Facebook applications since the application platform launched in 2007, and have built tabs and apps for some fo the largest brands in the world.

Why did you create this service?

We wanted to find a way to allow people without a lot of technical skill to benefit from the customizations that are possible with the Facebook platform, without it costing an arm and a leg. We also wanted to standardize the platform in a way that would make it easier for non-technical folks to stay on top of Facebook's frequent changes. By handling things this way, we can update all of the tabs running on the system at once, saving our customers time, money and headaches.

If you're so awesome, how come your fan page has so few users?

Hey, give us a little time! This site and service are brand new!

Why should I pay you when I can buy a template or write my own applications?

FBML★Wizard isn't a template store. We offer integrated white-label application solutions for your Facebook fan page. Of course, we think our professional, cross-browser-tested designs are pretty slick - if you do too, check out the Grok-Pro package. You get all of the style and polish without all of the extra bells and whistles.

When Facebook makes a change to their platform, we take care of it for you to make sure your fan page tabs are working like clockwork.
